In her work, Rossoff employs traditional craft techniques in wood and fiber in order to investigate the moral and devotional facets of the handmade, as well as the labor embedded in domestic environments. Born and raised in New York City, Rossoff moved to Texas to explore other vehicles.

Emma Rossoff (b. 1992, New York, NY) received her BA at Columbia University in New York (2016). Before attending Columbia she did her foundation year at RISD and student fashion design at Central Saint Martins in London.
